MELBOURNE FACT SHEET
PHOTOGRAPHY - No photographs or recording on any device including mobile phones.
LINING UP- There will be a toilet available before doors, we normally open this around lunchtime, depending on how many people are around. They will post signs up and advise those patrons already on site when this occurs.
BAGS - You can not take a big larger than an A4 Piece of paper into the venue .... the cloak room will be open from approximately 4.30pm, cost is $2 per item, so we suggest everything be put in a bag to be classed as 1 item. So if you are coming from school etc...you will have to check your bag.
TAKING IN WATER - Sealed bottles of water (only) will be allowed into the venue. Any open containers will be required to be disposed of.
ID - No, ID is not required unless requested by the promoter for merchandise pick up etc, but the venue does not require ID's
DIRECTIONS Driving to venue -Directions: Melways reference - Map 2E Ref. G2
PARKING Limited street parking is available in the West Melbourne/North Melbourne area. Etihad Stadium, New Quay Docklands and 83 Batman Street paid car parks are in close proximity to the hall.
Additionally paid car parks are available but have restricted opening hours - 185 Rosslyn Street is open until 9pm on weekdays 94 Batman Street until 11pm on weekdays
Corner of Latrobe and Spencer Streets until 10pm daily
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Tram: Routes 24,30,34, 70 and the City Circle stop at the corner of Latrobe and Spencer Streets. Festival Hall is a 5 minute walk along Spencer Street away from the city and left into Dudley Street.
Train: Southern Cross Station - 10 minute walk. Walk northbound of the city along Spencer Street and turn left into Dudley Street
Bus: Route 220 runs along Dudley Street, use stop number 5.
Taxi: Drop off and pick up can be made in Rosslyn Street or Spencer Street. Taxi ranks are located at Southern Cross Station.
MERCHANDISE PRE ORDER PICK UP AND SALES
Melbourne MD Pick-Up Point: Near Door Entry 7 & 11 Time: 1pm-till the concert starts
DOORS OPEN 5.30 pm Doors Open - Concert Starts 6.30pm and goes for approximately 2 hours.
HIGH TOUCH EVENT
The lucky winners with the GOLDEN TICKET will be able to attend the HI-TOUCH event after the concert. So make sure you hold on to your GOLDEN TICKET and STAY IN THE VENUE to attend the HI-TOUCH event.
**Please be aware that NO AUTOGRAPHS or PHOTOS will be allowed. Only winners will be attending this event, no friends or parents
