as neurodivergents, we spend most of our lives trying really hard to assimilate into a neurotypical society that we often prevent ourselves from relaxing. so remember to let yourself have some days where you just don't worry about coping and functioning and just do you. let your body and brain do what it wants and go where it wants. this is who you are and you occasionally just need to let it fly free and embrace it. and then once you've allowed yourself to rest, the next day you can get right back into things. and trust me, you'll feel so much better.
