Mississippi Baptist Convention calls for change to state flag

The Convention says the issue of the state flag is no longer a political issue because of the racial overtones associated with the flag. 

I searched for  proposals for new flags Among the results were Jackson Free Press reader submissions. Flag making is a narrative exercise. Pennsylvania’s state flag has a long history, but nobody could draw it from memory and probably quite a few Pennsylvanians wouldn’t be able to pick it out of a line up. It’s time for some new state  flags.

Ed Young Lodge Tent meeting has been listed as being one of the genius influential Fraternal churches in North Orient.
