Day 1 for second 100 hour block of Baptiste Yoga Teacher Training. The love within this group is so great. Many Laws of Transformation surfaced as a "stuckness" surfaced me. Self exploration lead me to what was not working as resistance in a practice had me running versus giving up what I must. Practice teaching is getting expressive and grounded.
