The moment he saw her, there was something deep within the pit of his stomach that made him want to ensure that she was fine. He knew that she could handle herself. He knew she was fully capable of taking care of herself. But anyone who carried the Bat symbol on their person... he thought of them as family. He couldn’t help but worry. Dick, Jason, Tim, Damien, Barbara, all of them and more.
“Batgirl.” He uttered her codename, not wanting to use real names in case there was anyone within earshot. Though, being at the top of a building, it was unlikely that anyone would be. “You weren’t here last time I was. It’s good to know I’ve at least got an ally or two that I can depend on. Have you been doing alright? Any particular threats I should know about?”
It was more a question of whether she was okay. Last he knew, Joker had taken quite a toll on her. On all of them. He stopped a fair distance away from her, cape draped around his front like a curtain, eyes focusing upon her. That same usual scowl settling upon his features. He was glad to see her... but the fact that she was trapped in this city did little to put him at ease.
