The sound of fluttering head wings fills the air as Barbara plops her feet onto the large branch where her companion was resting, grinning ear to ear with excitement. "Hey, Ray! You're not gonna believe what I stumbled onto earlier!"

"Fake? Hah hah! Lemme show you how 'fake' my axe is! Watch this!"

And without much hesitation does Barbara raise it in order to bring it down onto the nearby bush and splits it directly in half. The warrior soon pauses though as she glances at the other and then back to the bush. "That...that didn't belong to anybody, did it?" She's not going to have pay someone for damages, was she?

Ouff. Ouch. Ack! Sometimes portal traversal isn't the safest or easiest considering she was tumbling down the hill currently. Thankfully, she finally came to a stop though pretty dazed and wondering where her helmet had rolled. A hand rubbed against her forehead as Barbara looked around. No sign of her helmet but she did spot a native here!

"Hey! Did you see a dinted up helmet with wings roll by?" Barbara called out as she wobbly stood on her legs.

"So, you eat a mushroom and...grow bigger? That sounds awesome!" And something she could definitely use when it comes to dealing with threats.

"I bet everyone else is terrified when they see someone use it! Hah hah!"

Barbara's gaze soon glances back towards the fruit in question; a giant purple plum! The warrior princess would take her position and slowly but surely raise her axe. An eye closed as her tongue stuck out slightly. The angle needed to be juuuust right....

With a powerful throw Barbara launched it and struck it just enough to have the force snap the stem and soon it started to plummet down. "Ha ha! Yes!" And now she's scurrying forward so she can catch it. A splattered plum is nowhere near as good after all.

"Hah! Thanks! Just comes from years of practice. Should I keep going?" It's tempting after all! Plus, there's the added bonus of getting more fresh fruit if she can throw her axe well enough to strike up in the massive tree.

The princess jolts awake, helmet nearly falling off her head in the process, before lazily looking around. Someone's tapping of her shoulder had successfully awoken the slumbering adventurer.

"Huh? What? Oh man, how long have I been asleep for?"
