This was dinner at the cook off being served in our tent last night. I made 2 huge sheet pans of coconut lemon cake, 2 turtle cakes and 2 strawberry poke cakes as well as 4 pans of my Texas Baklava. After everyone ate the tables were moved out and everyone was dancing. It was all closed down at 11pm and we were there until 4am tearing it all down and packing up.
