Back to the hive! Got some new speed paints to use on the brain stuff (as well as a black contrast paint that I spilled twice so screw me I guess)

And that's one of each unit from the Leviathan box done! A good standard to paint the rest to :D

The Barbgaunt was really fun too. Had to paint the cannon twice, as I'd forgotten that I paint weapons red in this scheme, and I did the brain on the parasite twice to get more differentiation between it and the inner flesh. But I'm super happy with the patterning and the dribblys, had some comments that it's reminiscent of Alien Xenomorphs, which is cool af

So ...maybe a big bug next? Give myself a challenge? :o
