Tea Time

Working on birthdays, showers, christenings and special occasions should be easier to put together than a wedding. Recently though, it's been a bit of a challenge with lead time so short and squeezing them in between weddings.

It was therefore, such a pleasure to be able to work with numero uno children's party stylist, Barbie Pardo. Barbie told me exactly what she wanted done and what materials she had that we could use. She had the invitations, look, and layout all worked out already. She also had cute chevron table runners and pretty teacups ready to go.

To be honest, I wouldn't have had the time to put together a concept as I was only brought in 2 weeks prior. It was a welcome relief to have someone lay everything out and all I had to do was execute and add some of my props and items.

Barbie needed a stand alone doorway, chandeliers, floral arrangements, ceiling swags, balloon tassels, and most of the decor assembled. I thought it turned out pretty well :)
