Yes, yes... this is 3.5 hours from State College. Let’s call this the excursion that proves the rule. J. and I had an entire kiddo free weekend and ate like champs. Also long walks, great art, and a little shopping. The new Barnes Foundation was incredible - collection and architecture. I really fell in love with Philadelphia, walking the neighborhoods on these crisp fall days.

Bud & Marilyn’s - newly opened, awesome cocktails & small plates, southern Scratch Biscuits Milkcrate Cafe Standard Tap Vegetarian pastrami & rye at Foodery Pizza at Roman Nomad Zombie pancakes at Sabrina's Hot donuts at Federal Bar Bomon - vegan south american street food! I know!
