The brilliant & incomparable James Earls @born_to_walk author of one of my fitness Bibles called “Born to Walk”. I have taken his course “Walking the Lines” twice and he condensed a four day course into an hour and a half version. I recommend buying the book if you truly want to understand human gait and the absolute fact that nothing is separate and everything works together. Walking, running, any kind of exercise for that matter is a series of essential events that require proper rhythm and timing in order to function at their best. When function is compromised most likely originating from a “dirty tank” (lymphatic System) then breath will also be compromised furthering lymph & fascial dysfunction. The unfortunate thing is that we aren’t like automobiles when the oil is low, a light comes on. Humans don’t have that function.
