Speaking as someone in the middle of setting up both wealth screening ratings and a new fundraising database at my new organization (Bl**kbaud can burn in hell), I am COVETING that spreadsheet, Sam. COVETING.
Yeah I’ve never worked with that company directly but everyone I know says it’s a steaming mess :D
The spreadsheet’s actually pretty quick to set up -- hmu by email if you want to know more, copperbadge at gmail. It’s essentially just an if/then formula in one column and some simple math in the next.
There’s still a lot of copypasta because I have to look up each home value individually, and that’s tedious, but after triaging (I only do donors who recently gave, recent gift above $200 or lifetime $2K) I screen about 40-50 donors a week with it and at capacity, just doing real estate screening, I can handle about 200 a day. I’ll usually only go on to rate those who pop over $5K annual gift capacity, sometimes $10K depending on volume, but they’re still getting like 40 rough screenings and 5-10 more refined brief ratings a week, and I’ve found several $50K+ and $100K+ prospects that way. It’d take me as long to prep sheets for an iWave screening, so as much as I love iWave, I might as well save us the fee. And it helps us to quickly pick out, for example, who we really want to talk to at our next event.

I had one who *growled* at the thunder! She hated/feared thunderstorms, but under the covers with her person was safe.
I’ve never had a cat that growls, but I’ve seen video and it’s very intimidating. :D Love the idea of growling a storm away.
