dude those were my friends, i was almost one of those people beaten and arrested. if i hadn’t left the room to go smoke a cigarette, i might’ve gotten beaten too.
ugh, i'm so sorry. i'm really glad you're okay though. this is so fucked. and i'm really frustrated with these people aggressively defending the cops in this situation. also, the fact that these people were "breaking the housing rules"? i'm really confused. because when i lived on campus no one followed any rules??? like our floor had multiple people with "guests" practically living with them and no one knew/cared about it. this obviously wasn't just because there were too many guests there. also the fucking email/text/call they sent everyone, which totally screams coverup.. is absolutely not okay. okay sorry i'm kind of stoney baloney and rambly but this makes me really sad and angry and unable to do homework long story short i'm glad you're ok
