😱this is a Bark Scorpion the most poisonous 🦂 scorpion in North American and lucky me, it’s in a jar on my kitchen table so that I can cringe and investigate further before taking it far, far, far away from my house. Not only does this scorpion have 8 legs, 2 pinchers, 1 tail to sting you with but it also fascinatingly enough...glows when exposed to UV lights. The protein in its exoskeleton converts the light into a blue hue, which is visible to the human eye up to six feet away. Shiver...Eek! And another fun fact, they’re most active at night!
