Barley Days Sacred Mule Sparkling Ale - 4.6% ABV. Pale golden yellow, hazy and fizzy. A Czech style pilsner with white wine yeast. The taste is sweet, tart and tangy. It definitely has a white wine flavour and a bit of yeasty funkiness with notes of white grapes, apples, citrus and honey. The malts are bready and lightly toasty. It's a unique and tasty beer and shows how much the yeast can influence the flavour.
