(Btw that's the man himself at the pass in the background). Butternut squash -- sounds simple, yes? This has been dehydrated, smoked, rehydrated, roasted and fried, then put with Deep Ellum blue cheese and toasted blue masa. To top it off, it's paired with a limited edition Saison de Carlita from Hops & Grain microbrewery.
