Dear lovely members of this roleplay,
The admin team is so very sad to say that the roleplay is closing. As I'm sure you are all aware a lot of drama and problems have made Barlow a much less fun place to be and as we see no way of returning it to its previous state, we think the best thing to do is close it. Us admins don't have the time, the energy or the motivation to revamp the rp like we want to and while we feel very bad about that, it is what it is. At some point in the drama that happened, a lot of us lost the joy we had previously found in rping. That was never what Barlow was supposed to be like and it is not any longer a good place or a good environment for people to roleplay in.
It saddens us that it has come to this because we have had so many good moments here which we will all miss so much. Barlow have been apart of our lives for a long time now, and as none of us admins are ready to let it go just yet, we will continue to indie roleplay as most of our characters and we will give you permission (if credit is given to the rightful writer of the bio) to use the characters to indie rp yourself if you wish to. We would love to continue rp with you guys, there is nothing we would rather want.
But for now, Barlow Academy as a group does no longer exist. We might find that we miss it so much we want to start up again, but we don't know when or if that will happen.
And last but not least, thank you. Thank you to all of you wonderful members who have been a part of making this roleplay so special and great. You are all incredible and we love you very much. Thank you for staying through the last months when scrolling down the dash wasn't always nice, and thank you for all your love and support. We appreciate it dearly.
