오늘은 흥왕기념일의 대체휴일이다. 월요일에 회사에 안 가니 너무 좋다.
어제 barmax의 형법 스켈레톤 아웃라인을 다 썼다. 오늘부터 계약법으로 넘어간다. 그동안 barmax로 공부하면서 느낀 점. 아무 생각 없이 아웃라인을 그대로 옮겨 적으면 남는 게 별로 없다. 아웃라인을 옮겨 적기 전에 한 번 쭉 읽으면서 대강의 내용을 이해하는 게 좋을 것 같다. 물론 그렇게 하면 시간이 더 걸리겠지만, 1회독으로서의 효과는 더 높을 것이다.
아웃라인을 어떻게 읽을 것인지에 대해서도 고민이 된다. 강의를 들을 것인지, 아니면 눈으로 읽을 것인지. 전체적인 이해를 높이기 위해서는 위아래로 왔다갔다 하면서 눈으로 읽는 게 차라리 나을 것 같다. 그런데 강의를 들으면 영어 듣기 연습이 되는 효과도 있고, 수강 완료 표시가 되는 것도 기분상 좋다. 일단 눈으로 먼저 읽고, 강의는 옮겨 쓴 다음에 복습으로 든는 게 좋을 것 같다.
정리하자면, (1) 눈으로 읽기 (2) 옮겨 쓰기 (3) 강의 듣기. 이렇게 1회독을 하자. 시간은 오래 걸리겠지만, 효과는 좋을 것 같다. 하루에 한 강씩 한다는 생각으로 부담없이 이어가는 게 중요하겠다.
5일만에 형법을 다 뗐으니, 지금보다 속도를 조금 늦춰도 4월엔 계약법과 헌법 공부까지 끝낼 수 있을 것 같다. 5월에는 MBE 과목 공부를 마치고 6월에는 essay 과목까지 1회독을 끝낼 수 있을 것 같다.
