Fruit fast- Day 1
I understand that the point of this fast is to restore your body/mind, allow you to process life and not focus on food, and detox your body but goodness is this a challenge, and I like it! Fruits ONLY for 3 days, diluted fruit juice at times, herbal teas (non caffeinated), tons of H2O and my favorite (which I enjoyed for lunch) tomato soup (homemade or organic.) I brought some blueberries and strawberries for my midday meal, funny calling that a meal, but with this fast you literally eat a lot and drink a lot! Kinda enjoyable really! So far I feel mildly groggy, but I know that's part of the process! I've been reading (or obsessing) about other peoples experience with this fast and am excited that I'm doing this!!! Although I look forward to eating at least one chocolate on Saturday :) moderation my friend! Don't want to make myself sick from junk after cleaning my body out :)
