I finished the design with Baroness X Charmeuse. The more I use Charmeuse & Smokescreen, the more frustrated I get at myself for taking so long to try matte finishes. I had a cell show that looked like a dolphin swimming in the water so I took advantage of it & trimmed the little guy out with black.
