USA Today Fact-Checkers: Trump Selling T-Shirts With Nazi Symbol
USA Today took a hit on June 12 when they claimed that the Trump campaign was selling t-shirts with the ‘Nazi symbol’ of an ‘imperial eagle.’ Their rationale was so over the top that Twitter users made jokes of their stupidity. So much so, that the paper issued a sort of correction by saying “Worth noting, the eagle is a longtime US symbol, too.” No s***, Sherlock.
