Based on a prototype Pokemon that didn’t make it to the main game, but may have been the inspiration for Jigglypuff (Jigglypuff being categroized as a “Balloon Pokemon”).

(´ﾉ･ω･｀)ﾉ  a couple unused, or leaked (Spaceworld 97/99) G/S Pokemon i sketched along with Celebi and Teddiursa~

Barunda, (a cute balloon Pokemon that didn’t make it into the game), and beta Celebi, and Celebi~

Honoguma (cut fire bear starter Pokemon), a newer design but yellowish, and then Teddiursa~

Kinda burnt-out thoughts, but what if Barunda had variants on the pattern on their balloon bodies (maybe shininess is determined by eye and string color?)

Also Teru completely relishes on Kyo’s suffering of the kind of unique pokemon Eclair keeps stumbling on.
