sometimes i feel weird about being the only person in my immediate family who went to college and got a degree....like, thats a pretty big deal but it feels like ive done nothing with my life and the experience i was given to attend college. my dad has my diploma on the wall in the kitchen and like....do i deserve that? ah idk i just felt like saying something u n u sorry idk how to put under a cut on mobile
ha ha ha hello everyone! so i may have just quit my part time job and im super nervous about it, but it was destroying me mentally and no one there even cared, so i decided today that im out. i am working megacon this weekend but after that ill be unemployed again! @ v @;; good new for you though! that means ill have to rely on commissions only for a while, so ill be stepping up my game and getting remotivated to bring you guys art at a better pace! this was a huge desicion to make and i hope i made the right one.
omg all last year i was driven INSANE by this knocking and drum roll sound coming from the air conditioning -which my desk is right next to- and for whatever reason, is stopped earlier this year and i have been blissfully enjoying me life. well now it’s back. and i can’t control how unreasonably angry i get at it. like i am trying to remain calm and just ignore it but impossible LOL i hope it just magically goes away like it did before
why are expensive houses so ugly??????? i mean a lot of 300k < houses are ugly, but sometimes they at least have some weird charming room like nasty wood built ins or a nice sun room, or disgusting pastel bathroom. most like 900k + houses try so hard to be unique and modern and spacious, when they are literally just big empty lifeless boxes, with very bad kitchen layouts, rooms that are just too big for any human to possibly need, bad closet built ins, excessively large bathrooms, i could go on. all i want is a moderately sized space that fits two people and has some charm to it, but god is that impossible to find in florida LOL your best bet is building your own home and pretending it’s a converted warehouse with exposed brick and nice big windows L O L
god, sometimes i see ppl that are like “im just a student” “i’m only starting college” TEE HEE and their art is like fucking miles ahead of mine and i just want to give up and die LOL like i know that’s such an extreme and unreasonable reaction but god, i am just figuring out how to draw arms and hands! i mean i have only been drawing for 6-7 years but i started way too late. i should be getting a job, drawing something....making a story or something.....T m T /whine whine whine

i went from wanting to draw all the time for three days straight "I'm so excited to do these coms!", to "I never want to draw again, I must be freeee!! :)" and it's killing me L O L Like, I have commissions to do and the only reason I took them is because I was in such a good mood and now I have avoidance syndrome and I am dying lol. I know it's all a phase and it'll go away in time, but sitting on the feeling of "just refund everyone and disappear into obscurity" is uh, something. My commissioners are amazingly cool and patient people so I shouldn't feel like I need to get these done by the end of the month or I'm a failure but it really does feel that way LOL
