Creating acro yoga sequences with my lover, hubby/life partner is something we have done for over 11 years now! Its something that brings us together, gives us so much beauty and joy... and sometimes much frustration! But over the years #acroyoga has taught me to simply trust your base and be free and strong as a flyer. It also has forced me to be grounded, because as we teach beginners I am their base, and they trust me so its my job to keep them safe. I also love the role as a spotter because it helps resolve communication with the #baseandflyer and helps both of them become #successful in executing their skills. When someone flys for the first time its so incredible. When a person finds strength as a base, #strength they didn't know they had, its amazing to #witness. Positive touch is so important and in an acro workshop our community both gives and receives and through this flowe of energy people heal. #livelife #beyou #bringit #acroyogadallas #yoga4love (at WAAS Gallery)
