Manila, Philippinen – Bei einem Brand in Baseco, Manila verloren etwa 70 Familien ihre Häuser. Das Feuer in dem Armenviertel im Hafen von Manila brach gegen 13:00 Uhr am Sonntag aus, 30 Häuser wurden zerstört.
