something something edo / meiji johto period was the peak of gods and humans walking the same earth where lugia and ho-oh were the most renowned and deified figures. shes protected the lands with her typhoons, lavished with praise, gifts and worship, married and had many children in the royal bloodlines, etc etc nothing can go wrong!
but then it got bad. it got political. it got trivial. they got used as tokens more then gods; the tower burning was the straw that broke the camel's back and both her and her sister where like "fuck this they deserve jack-" and disappeared from history as myth.
shes just a liiiittle more salty that ho-oh during the centuries was still revered with adoration and still had her tower while she was reduced to a sea monster that eats bad children, lmao oh well.
it was the protags of SILVER/GOLD/CRYSTAL that brought back a good age in johto. after all their trials and their battles to save her region while she would've been spiteful enough to have rocket and w/e do as it will she realizes humankind has changed and maybe it deserves a second chance.
but shes still a salty boomer who expects as much worship as before and thinks modernization is a passing phase.
