A Class III Biosafety cabinet is a safety containment cabinet that uses negative pressure inward airflow to limit operator exposure to Group 4 danger category items. To prevent environmental pollution, the HEPA air filtration system filters both incoming and exhaust air. Attaching gloves to the cabinet provides total barrier protection against particle material emitted within the work area.
