Trouble sleeping

I've been up since 2 AM. So that's healthy.

Normally I don't go to bed until at least then, but I've literally been so lethargic lately that I slept until 2 in the afternoon yesterday, stayed in bed most of the day (exceptions to that only being to get some water and pretzels from the kitchen), and then fell asleep again around 10.

Needless to say I am awake now.

I wonder if this is normal. I know everybody's got their ish- some people are "night owls" and others are "early birds", but I feel like I'm like... "Jerry the partially-nocturnal crackbrained dodo bird with no friends".

That's divulging a lot more information than I needed to.

I should probably just take some ZzzQuil and stop being such a whiny bitch.
