Cloudbank is one of the modern city projects designed by the MegaCorps after the end of the Resource Wars in 2064. Designed to break away from the old world and as a start of a new, Cloudbank lacks the history that marks most cities, allowing Cloudbank to be a highly advanced metropolis for people to indulge in the luxuries of the world.
One of its more famous citizens is the HoloVid singer Red. Already popular around the world, countless millions travel far and wide to watch one of her live performances. Her performances are always a sellout hit from her favorite venue, the Empty Set. As such, she’s a perfect match for the city of Cloudbank.
