Left over 🍏A P P L E S L I C E 🍏 . One of the simplest, lowest sugar desserts. And thanks to the Thermomix, quicker and more efficient. You still need to peel the apples (though next time I won’t bother, the blending is so good) but put the big pieces in the bowl, chop and cook the apple sauce while you cut the apples slices that sit in top. Then quickly cool extending the sauce over a big tray, assemble and bake. .
