No humans. This world is populated entirely by furries. So, furry wasteland, yay.

Great war. We all know that story lines basics. The actual war lasted roughly 6 years, and ended from a global bombing. [’Tiddy land’ is a big mystery.] The destruction was pretty much mutual. 60% conventional and fire bombing, 30% chemical and biological bombings, 10% atomic. World got fucked, but not everyone was dead.
The technology is this world is advanced as well, as there was genetic splicing and cybernetics by the time the bombs hit. Both of which where uncommon or rare, and post end exceedingly rare now. Only a hand full of people in the world able to do such procedures safely.
Most stories, characters, and RPs will be taking place roughly 12 years after the bombing. Enough time for towns to start coming up, but not enough for a central government besides a sheriff or mayor.
