on an inbounds after a score, if the Ref hands or passes you the ball, you can only pivot, you CANNOT run, jump, or it is a travel.
After a score if you grab the ball or a teammate passes it to you, then you can definitely take those steps or jump pre-inbounds, but again not ever if the ref hands you the ball.
Refs I see you forgetting this!!! Call those steps plz...guys are tapping those toes on before dribbling on perimeter passes too...call me old school
