ok so there are two stories here. the one that im sure people believe and what actually happened

so one day on twitter i saw lizzie and mar?? i think tweeting at alex and asking him questions and i didnt know who he was so i tweeted "who is @alexcaplow is he cool" and he tweeted me back "nah hes a dingus" and then he followed me and i kinda freaked out bc i didnt realize that he follows everybody

and then i started posting things on tumblr abt how i was listening to magic man and i really liked them and about how they might be one of my new favorite bands

and people were like ~~valley girl voice~~ "omg u only like them bc the lead singer tweeted u omg like shut up" ((ok it wasn't really like that but basically it was exactly like that)

BUT THE REAL STORY IS THAT I HAD ACTUALLY HEARD A LOT ABOUT THEM AND LITERALLY EARLIER THAT DAY I WANTED NEW MUSIC TO LISTEN TO SO I WENT ON SPOTIFY AND LISTENED TO MAGIC MAN AND I WAS LIKE WOAH THESE GUYS ARE REALLY GOOD WOW AND I LISTENED TO THE WHOLE ALBUM and then later on that day when alex tweeted me and i was like "ok so seriously who is this guy" i was lik e "WOAH HES FROM THAT BAND THAT I JUST LISTENED TO THIS MORNING HOW CRAZY IS THAT WOW"

so yeah it all happened on the same day but it was a total coincidence

and now i get to see them live in montreal on saturday and im super excited!

can i give you a popular opinion instead?? ... I AM SO EXCITED FOR YOU RIGHT NOW. YOU WILL BE MEETING AND SEEING THE GUYS IN FOUR DAYS. AHHHH LIZZIE OH MY GOSH I AM FREAKING OUT I CAN'T BELIEVE IT IS SO CLOSE AND SKULLS. SKULLSSSSSS. IT'S MY FAVORITE SONG IN THE WORLD AND I FINALLY GET TO HEAR IT LIVE AND I WILL PROBABLY CRY A LOT AHHH AND KYLE OMG I JUST WANT TO GIVE HIM A HUG I REALLY HOPE I CAN GIVE HIM A HUG

when i started reading this i thought you meant to just throw it at his face when i'm standing like 2 feet in front of him but yeah i think an eloquent letter would make sense if he actually reads it

give him a hug and hope that he does one of the bend down hugs so your head goes on his shoulder and bury your face into his shoulder and say, “i love you.” OR hand him a photo of a kitten and somehow put “i love you” on it … yup

he's like a good foot taller than me i feel like my face is just gonna be in his chest (i'm not complaining though)
