Is this really what you wanted?
Fel sighed, how had she ended up here? She looked down at the mask in her inky grasp. The mask Ben- Her Lord- had given her. He claimed to have a purpose for her. She was important. Fel would help bring about a new era. With this mask, Fel yould lead the followers towards salvation. Bendy would save them. And Fel would help.
The Ink Demonth Day 6 - Dress Up
hi there! i was curious about sammy and fel? what made their designs the way they are? their masks look like canon bendy and not your au bendy?
Oh hey! I think I touched on this before, but yes! That’s actually on purpose!
Bendy is not actually “perfect” by any means. He’s a demon that Joey Drew summoned that tried to take the form his master wanted. Joey accepted him as perfect because, well, he’s cute and nice. Think like the live action adaptations of animated things.
Because of this, the masks are still that of the actual animated Bendy.
As for why Sammy and Fel look the way they do, it’s got to do with that whole ‘Bendy is a demon’ thing.
When he kills people, his ink getting in the wounds has an affect on them. Upon death they’re just formless blobs of ink similar to searchers.
But, if one of those blobs is taken to the ink machine, a process happens to give them a more solid form.
This process is actually very similar to what summoned Bendy in the first place.
A demon is summoned, and bound to what is left of the person. This causes things such as claws, horns, tails, etc.
*Is* batim Fel happy with what's happened to her?
“Happy?” She tilted her head slightly, “Of course I am, my Lord has blessed me with this form, it’s all I could have ever wanted.”
“Oh, you poor little sheep. Just try not to struggle much, it’ll all be over soon, I promise.”
Fel likes that she can help Sammy, she’s so much happier now that she has purpose, she’s even actually pretty good at it! Sure, she feels a little bad for the sheep, but they don’t hurt for long. It’s all for the greater good anyways.
So, I don’t think I ever talked about Fel in the BATIM universe on tumblr before? And last night I put a little more thought into who Minty actually is too.
Fel is a plucky little happy-go-lucky worker at Joey Drew Studios, she is a janitor in training working under Wally. She’s honestly just about as clumsy as he is, but it’s okay. She just compensates for her klutzy tendencies by answering to Sammy’s beck and call, since the music director is the only one who’d ever get onto her.
She actually does enjoy drawing, and small doodles of her little dog character just show up around the studio sometimes. But she could never be an artist. That’s mens work. She’s just not cut out for it.
Fel honestly get’s bullied around the studio a good bit. Between how “great” of a worker she is, and her tendency to push against gender norms. She also stands out with her hair, which she dyes the tips of because “I’m already weird, why not have fun?”
With the fall of the studio, there are 2 different paths that could happen. The more likely, she becomes an ink being similar to Sammy, following his lead. She spent her time as a worker following the music director so diligently that it didn’t take much convincing.
The other path, Joey was tired of her doodles. She isn’t an artist. She needs to be cleaning. She’s sacrificed to the machine, and comes out as Monster Minty.
When you identify with a character sometimes ya just gotta draw vent art of you in their place
I’m... honestly not to sure about uploading this lol. If you can’t tell by just looking at it, this is a very big reference. It’s not canon to batim Fel in any way, it was just me running with an idea I had during one of my lows.
with the batim Fel, does she have a universe or?
I’ve actually been putting some thought into that, and I guess the answer is yes and no?
I honestly love my self insert/oc characters to not have major impacts on canon. For all intents and purposes, Fel is a backgrond character. She’s a janitor that works under Wally. That’s it. She honestly fits in anyone’s Joey Drew Studios. If I ever rp with her, that’s how I’ll treat it. She’s just another worker.
*But* that isn’t to say that she doesn’t have a bigger story. Fel actually fits in really nicely with my @perfect-lil-demon au. At least, in story that’s to come. That’s all I’m willing to say about that right now c;
