It's Raining Men
The nest had to be abandoned. Even with a Pyro like Hotaru--one that left him a little jealous that he usually didn't work with Pyros on this team--the targeting of Engineers that day was brutal. He had shouted something, he was pretty sure, coherency lost to the shuddering explosion of the Dispenser, but he barely had time to look back as he sprung on top of his Sentry, Wrangler at the ready.
There was always the chance of getting shot out of the air in his trip from the first to the top floor, considering how he was being targeted anyways, but there was always that small sense of smugness that, at the very least, a Sentry-jumping Engineer was pretty unexpected. He was pretty skilled with the technique, too, if he said so himself; the trajectory was spot-on as usual, and--
--well there was another Engineer in the temporary landing zone; usually made an otherwise smooth shoulder-roll back onto his feet a little difficult. Not that he couldn't adjust to unexpected variables, however.
"SURPRISE, MOTHERFUCKER."
