Finally found a home for this The Haunted patch. I was at Walmart and discovered they sell plain black hats for under $5. My sewing machine was strong enough to punch through. Should I make a Battle Hat?

Here we have a European - likely French - ‘savoyard’ helmet dating from the XVII century. The practice of shaping the visors like faces - or more often skulls - led this helmet style to be called ‘Totenkopf,’ or ‘death’s head’ by the Germans.
