I have a godawful headache because I slept in a weird position (an irritatingly frequent occurrence) and everything is so up-in-the-air right now, there's so much uncertainty that I just can't quite relax.

Once again, I'm feeling completely overwhelmed by everything and the only thing that would help is taking a break and having time to just relax, but I can't have that, so I'm just sitting here vibrating with anxiety and wallowing in misery.
