I did make it! I made the frittata last night for dinner and it makes great leftovers. I loosely based it on this recipe from the Pioneer Woman.

Why don't you do both. Just do some longer runs to make up the difference.
I'm planning on doing both running & strength training... I don't want to cut out running completely. I also want to work on increasing my distance when I do run :)
