It can help with anxiety after you’re used to it, but yeah, it’s basically a cancer stick, lol. I smoke on and off, 1 at a time. I’m going to quit; watched too many of those antismoking ads; they’ve scared me into quitting.
Yup, exactly.
I’m proud of you for quitting, or trying to quit. It’s VERY hard, and I don’t wanna seem like I’m unsympathetic to that. But I’ve seen a couple of posts saying that “smoking is ok!” when it really, truly is not ok.
