GL! I love overcoming negative food preferences. I want to learn to love ALL the foods! Olives are my last big hurdle.
Thank you!!! Yeah it is a fun feeling really expanding horizons and new foods, it just increases all the recipes to try! My partner used to HATE olives, but I got him to try more gourmet stuff that's in olive oil or other brines and he's into them--maybe you could start there? Kalamata are a nice flavorful olive, but not as salty as green or as...weird tasting as black. Good luck on your olive journey!
