"Don’t think I forgot about your birthday." Ezekiel showed a grin as he hopped forward, his hands full of boxes with a plate resting on top. He set them down on the nearest surface and took in a deep breath, starting to speak a little too fast to understand.

"It’s your birthday, noona, and you’re turning old as hell. But that’s okay! You’re not a dinosaur just yet!" He let out a chuckle and picked the plate up first, holding it out so the other could take it from him. "Remember the waffle maker you got me?" He showed a toothy grin and motioned for her to look at the plate. On it was a stack of chocolate chip waffles, covered in syrup, with a couple of chicken strips on the side. The face of Jesus was on each waffle and he beamed proudly.

"And I got you some other stuff too. But you have to promise me you use them, okay?" The male picked the two remaining boxes up and shuffled over to place them on the couch. "I gotta get back to work now, so text me whenever you open them. You’re the best, noona! Happy birthday!"

"Hey hey! Did you just call me 'old'?" She frowned, crossing her arms. But the look on his face and the fact that he was able to be there on her special day even if he had... 'hero'-like duties to attend to only caused her to smile at his antics. Eunjung would have smacked him for that 'old' comment but the wide grin on her face would've totally backfired and it wouldn't have made a difference anyway if she did; Zeke is just... Zeke. She laughed lightly upon seeing the Jesus waffles— At least he was using the gift she got him.

Upon seeing the other two gifts as she munched on her yummy breakfast treat, she couldn't help but roll her eyes a little and smile helplessly at the spider man top. Of course he would. He never fails to find something to remind us that he is Spi— Well in either case, he loves Spider Man and it's definitely starting to rub off on her as well. "Awww, thank you so much, Zeke! I appreciate these gifts so much, honestly. And that Cyndaquil!! Oh you know how much I love Pokemon so I'll definitely be taking care of this lil' guy! And wearing my Spidey tank while I'm at it! Thanks again, you nerd~ I'll definitely hit you up when I need too. Good luck with work, bee!"
