BBC Class Deleted Scenes - Part 1

IF THERE IS ANY WAY AT ALL YOU CAN PUT THOSE CLASS DELETED SCENES/OUTTAKES ON YOUTUBE OR DAILYMOTION OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, I WOULD LOVE YOU FOREVER. THEY SOUND AMAZING!!! and at this point i would kill for more class content lbr

maybe even just film the screen if you can’t find another way to upload the deleted scenes?? i don’t even care about the quality at this point

I am currently working on finding a way to get the DVD content onto the Internet! From what I understand it’s only the American DVDs which have the extra content which seems pretty unfair, so I’m trying to share the joy that is Class deleted scenes with as many people as possible. Hopefully I’ll get them up soon!

Hi Amanda, thanks so much for sharing some of the Class deleted scenes with us folk in the UK who would otherwise be unable to see them! Any chance you could upload the rest at some point? :)

Okay, so I’ve received a lot of messages like this, all of them really, really nice! This fandom is so warm and appreciative of the efforts of individual fans; it’s really a shame that the show isn’t going to continue because the community is full of lovely, lovely people.

Unfortunately, regarding uploading the next part of the deleted scenes, I just moved into a new dorm and don’t have regular access to a DVD player, so I don’t know when I’m going to be able to record and upload them. Sorry, but you’re gonna have to wait a little bit. But thank you, and I’ll try to get to it as soon as possible.

Hey, idk if anyone's already mentioned this regarding your Class extras post. beta just means 'son' in a bunch of languages in India, including Hindi. It's also used colloquially to address anyone you're very elder to, irrespective of gender or actual blood relation. Dunno why Ram would bring up the Greek beta though ._.；

Thank you for explaining! I think Ram brings up the Greek meaning because he’s so used to being “the best” that he resents any implication of being “second-best.” See his pain at being cut from the football team in The Coach with the Dragon Tattoo and his deleted speech in Detained about wanting to excel and his leg preventing him from doing so.

Where did you find/but the Class DVD with the deleted scenes?

From what I understand it’s only the American DVDs which have the extra content which seems pretty unfair. Hopefully I’ll get them up on Youtube or somewhere else soon!
