Bristol is the home of the BBC Natural History Unit, creators of Blue Planet 2 and Big Cats, but also makes factual programmes like DIYSOS, Drugsland and Countryfile. Cardiff is where BBC Drama is based, shows like Dr Who and Sherlock. Manchester and London are the main BBC bases, making news, sport and radio content. Birmingham is home to BBC3.
