A lot of people have been emailing me and texting me lately about @kayla_itsines #bbg so I thought I would answer a few common questions that I've been getting. ♦️When I started the #workout program, the #sweatwithkayla app wasn't available. I bought the PDF #Bbg1 guide. I'm old school in a lot of ways and thought this guide was very helpful for me to review cover to cover before starting. I also bought the #bbg2 PDF guide for the same reasons. ♦️I started using the app when it came out and love it because I love having the timer right in the app -makes it very easy. After BBG 2.0, the advanced workouts are only available on the app. That's where I am - I just finished #bbgweek39 (in #bbg4). ♦️Yes, I did the #pretraining -technically, I only did 3 of the 4 weeks of pretraining because I was anxious but I would recommend doing all 4 weeks of pretraining before starting #bbg1. ♦️And for those of you who started the pretraining and emailed me about the pool of sweat st the gym - yes, this is totally normal. Staff at @jccmanhattan tell me "it's so nice to see a woman sweat so hard at the gym..." So get used to it! ♦️Oh and yes, it's supposed to be hard. After a year of doing BBG, I'm still sore the day after. It's tough! But it's only 28 minutes - and it's the hard that makes it good. ♦️And no, I don't get a penny for promoting BBG. It's just a workout program that I stumbled across after looking for more structure in my workout routine. I fell in love with the results and the awesome women I've met along the way.
