My favorite dessert of all time and one I'd like to have on a menu at my own joint someday. To me this would be unusual at a BBQ joint. What unusual or unheard of dessert would you like to see on a BBQ joint menu? Took this pic at Toucano's in Albuquerque, New Mexico and it isn't easy finding this dessert even locally. Some restaurants have it on occasion but not really on a weekly menu.
