Ingredients: 1 wheel of Brie cheese. 1 cedar plank, soaked in water for 1 hour. 1 cup diced mango. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries. 1 jalapeno, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 tablespoon red onion, finely diced. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Wet the cedar plank and put it on the grill. Let each side heat up for two to three minutes. Slowly put the Brie wheel on the hot cedar plank. Grill with the lid off for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and slightly melted. Make the salsa by putting mango, blueberries, jalapeo, cilantro, red onion, lime juice, crushed black peppercorns, and salt in a bowl. While the Brie is cooking on the grill. Combine well. Take the grilled Brie off the plank and put it on a platter to serve. Put the Mango Blueberry Jalapeno Salsa that you made on top of the warm Brie. Serve right away with bread, crackers, or sliced baguette. Eat the plank-grilled brie at The Black Peppercorn with mango, blueberry, and jalapeno salsa. So good!
