"ARE THESE BITCHES ALREADY STARTING TO TURN ON THEIR WORD?!" (SHELBY) BBR WEEK #2 DIARY ROOMS
TQ won HOH. I feel kinda okay with that, I mean we’re obvs supposed to be working together, and although I have my suspicions I doubt that even if he was working with some other people he would get rid of me rn. I could be wrong of course. I kind of really wish Luke had won that though. I would have felt a bit safer.
But this is still better than any of the bottom 5 competitors (minus alyssa) winning.
Roy, Ally and Chris didn’t participate at all. Ally did tell me she didnt have the chance. She’s kind of flopping rn but I think she’s doing that busy with real life thing so. So glad Roy and Chris had no chance to win ha, those would have been my noms straight up right there :)
Wasnt going to do the MVP thing but I just gave it ago and it’s actually not as bad as I thought. Doubtful I’ll win tbh but w/e.
Had a ‘strategy talk’ with Shareef, tg, looks like my suspicions weren’t too wrong. Apparently he’s in an alliance called 'Homewreckers’ with Amir, Britt, TQ, might have been one more person, I don’t recall. Anyway apparently TQ + Shareef wanted to bring me into the alliance and Amir was skeptical. Hmmmn maybe cos he’s worried about being exposed as a fake with the flop alliance with alyssa + moi.
I didn’t know if I should reveal the flop alliance to Shareef but I definitely can’t now that I hesitated when I had the chance, so really hoping Amir doesn’t pull some bs and tells him or something. I’m contemplating telling Alyssa about the Homewreckers so we can have each others’ backs cos honestly I don’t think anyone gives a shit about her in the house so I could be that person she relies on.
However I feel like she feels closer to Amir/has a F2 thing with him and would either stupidly reveal what I tell her or just not trust/believe me or something. I might have to pick her brain about a few things first.
Also Shareef says he’s getting vibes that TQ/Amir are ride or die, interesting cos I think they’re the shady ones of what I would honesty call 'our side of the house’ at this point. He also suspects a Roy, Shelby, Ally, Laure thing and I agree, I feel like Erin/Chris/the shady TQmir could easily be thrown in there somewhere though. And I’ve been warned to watch out for Britt so i will.
Rn it seems there’s talks about a 6 member alliance with I, TQ, Britt, Amir, Shareef and Luke but nothing’s even close to confirmed yet. It would be a good alliance imo but if TQmir are really shady it could also be a huge problem.
Steph wyd? L'Shei is still like so hard to read. Have I left anyone out, dont think so. Ciao.
AHHHHH! I won HOH! I’m freaking out! I’m super excited for this week and I hope this first time doesn’t end up being my only HOH. Right now, I’m feeling like I’m in a great place in the house. It’s time to talk with my alliance members and Amir and decide what the game plan is for this week. My nomination shortlist consists of Laure, Steph, L'Shei and Ally. All four of them are people who hardly ever talk to me and are generally inactive in the house, so I’m hoping that by putting them up that I don’t make too many ripples. But it’s not like evicting one of them would be a bad thing, really. I’ve suspected for a long time that Laure is up to something sketchy in this house. She doesn’t use any real pictures of herself, and her picture on the memory wall links to a blog whose owner’s name is Tomika. That doesn’t add up to me. If she’s part of some twist to be revealed later on in the season then nipping that in the bud this week could help my game in a way that I can’t even see right now. Plus, I think she’s working with Shelby, who is someone that I want to work with. Laure leaving this house is best case scenario at this point. L'Shei is someone who scares me, but not someone I think have to worry about right now. And Steph and Ally are not on my side, but I know they’re on someones. If they leave, I’m weakening someone else’s game – which can only strengthen mine.
Having an extra day to make my nomination decisions is good and bad for a few reasons. It helps me out by giving me more time to collect information, talk things over with Amir, and make a calculated move. It generally removes a lot of stress surrounding having to make noms quickly. At the same time, though, people are less likely to believe me if use stress-under-pressure as an excuse for nominating them when I go around trying to do damage control afterwards. It’s just something that I’m going to have to work with this week, I guess. I’m planning on going to people to discuss things, just because I want to have a very active role as HOH as opposed to a passive one. Being passive can be othering, but being active allows me to integrate back into the house easily once this week is over. Not approaching anyone for a week and then suddenly approaching them again once I’m not in power looks sketchy as fuck, and I can’t afford to give off that vibe.
This week’s MVP twist throws only a slight wrench in my plans. My plan was always to put up people who would not draw me a lot of backlash and that I could easily justify in a way that didn’t make me appear to have a target. If both of my nominees stay that’s clearly not ideal for my game, but I don’t think its suicide. I’m way more worried about one of my alliance members going up and possibly leaving during my HOH. Best case scenario: one of the Homewreckers, Luke, or Lase becomes MVP and then confers with me. That way, it’ll be like I’m choosing all three nominees. We could get three of the people on my short list up on the block and use the fourth as a replacement nom, making sure someone from that side of the house went home this week. I know that my biffle in the house, Amir, earned that secret power for guessing all of the pairs. But I have no idea what it does. I’m hoping that if something goes south this week, like the MVP decides to nominate a member of my alliance, that Amir can step in and replace the nominee or nullify a vote against them or something. But I’m sure he wouldn’t do that unless his identity could remain secret, which is why I’m also hoping that’s part of the power. It’s way too early in the game for him to reveal that he earned that power. If people know he was able to collect all the pairs and then lied about it, he would become a target, and some of that might get back to me.
I just nominated Laure and Steph for eviction this week. I told them it was because they scored the lowest in this week’s HOH competition. In reality, it’s because Laure sketches me the hell out and won’t talk to me and Steph just makes for an easy pawn up against her this week. Now I have to wait around to see who the MVP has nominated. With any luck, it’s someone I don’t have ties to and then I can focus all of my attention of making sure Laure goes home this week and not have to worry about keeping an alliance member safe.
So I think that the nomination ceremony went well. I was able to put Laure and Steph on the block and I know that this move is one that a majority of the house approves of so I’m not expecting major backlash once this week is over. I was honestly shocked but also relieved to see that the MVP had named Shelby as their secret nominee. If it had been one of the Homewreckers or someone else on our side of the house, my week would have been that much tougher. That being said, I’m still not ready to see Shelby leave this game just yet. Right now, Amir and I are working with her and it’s important for us to have someone like her in the game, at least for a few more weeks. So I’m hoping that because she’s on the block, I can promise Shelby safety and then follow-through on that promise, building some trust with the hopes that Shelby then reciprocates that safety later on when I need her to. The veto is coming up and Luke and Lase were chosen to play in it and I couldn’t be more happy. If one of us can win it then I foresee noms staying the same and Laure walking out the door, and that would be a successful first HOH in my book.
Typically when someone is in an alliance of some sort, it’s always expected of you to make big moves and take out the bigger threats. I’m lying low so all the weaker players get weeded out, once that is out of the way, I can start taking out the big threats
In my alliance, I trust both of them equally, but I don’t give them all of my trust. This is because I’m setting myself up in the case of my alliance stabs me in the back, they won’t have as much “proof” if they have the chance to throw me under the bus
The person who is on my radar is Shelby. I don’t know why, but I have a feeling there is a bigger alliance going on and she could be apart of this. For all I know the returning players could be in a alliance and they are targeting the newbies. Hopefully, I can convince my alliance to go after her once the weaker players are gone
Q: Congrats on MVP! Do you plan to tell anybody about your win? If so, who? If not, why?
A: Okay, so I have no intentions of telling anyone about my MVP status atm or ever really. At the end of the day the negatives outweigh the positives for me. Pros of telling: I potentially gain more trust from whoever I tell; I’m seen as a useful ally since I have won a comp so whoever I tell might want to keep me around even more. Cons: I’ll start with the flipsides to the previous pros. For the trust thing, I honestly don’t see myself gaining any more significant trust by telling anyone, I feel like everyone I’m aligned with would feel like I owe them at least that much and I doubt our relationship would change significantly; Although I could seem like a useful ally for winning a comp I could also be looked as a bigger target within my allies than those who haven’t won comps of course. Additional cons include the fact that there’s no reason to inform anyone tbh, they’re never going to find out I won it so…; also by telling another person I basically leave my MVP noms to be potentially swayed and controlled by another person, no thanks; also if someone is working with 'the other side’ and I tell them it’s me they could end up informing the other side which fucks me up even more. Lastly I’m in this game for myself and would do what I want to do without people’s input or influence and I will take any chance I get at deciding things solely myself and letting things go how I want it to as opposed to helping other people out, I’m only here to help myself out. No one else is looking out for what’s best for me so there’s just really no reason to tell them unnecessary info.
Q: As of now who is on your nomination shortlist and why?
A: So I haven’t really properly thought too much about noms but I’m thinking of forcing some people to play hard so we see what they have, like L'Shei, Roy or Shelby, I feel like they’re some people purposely staying low and doing it effectively (ok maybe not so much Shelby) and I want to see them expose themselves as serious and dangerous players to watch out for. And of course I barely talk to them. Everyone else I feel I’m either good with, I think is basically inactive or I’m pretty sure TQ will be nominating them. However I might be leaning towards Shelby just cos I feel even if L'Shei and Roy stay nommed they won’t be voted out whereas Shelby has a chance of being evicted if she doesn’t win POV and if she does win POV then she’s an even bigger threat.
Q: Since you are in an alliance with TQ, do you plan to silently try and get in his ear about who to nominate so that you can make a move? Who do you hope/think TQ will nominate? Why?
A: I don’t care about TQ’s input or anyone’s, I can think for myself thanks. I’ll leave other people’s input for HOHs. Pretty sure he was thinking of nominating Laure + Steph which are both fine with me, he might change it now though since he thinks someone’s either lying to him about not being MVP or he thinks it’s either Erin or Chris. I don’t mind who he nominates as long as it’s not me, Shareef, Luke, Britt, Alyssa or Ally, those are probably the people I want most to stay in the house rn either cos I feel safe with them or I feel they give me benefits in the game.
Forgot to talk about the last eviction. I knew MJ was going 100% and threw a vote at Steph thinking I would be the only one. I wasn’t which was weird, but I’m still gonna use that to pin an alliance on someone.
Really lucky I made a connection with TQ early on, otherwise I would 100% be up for not doing the HOH like an idiot. Gonna win the next one hopefully. Need it.
1- You were quite active the first few days in the housechat, but have since been a bit quiet. Do you think that this is affecting your game at all? Is this a strategy of yours?
Yea it’s going to negatively affect my game. I have only a few personal connections. I believe in myself as a competitor/manipulator to be able to save myself though. Not a strategy just being stupid and also working and doing a little too much partying.
2- Who do you trust the most, if anyone right now? Why?
I don’t trust anyone ever, because they haven’t given me reason too. TQ maybe, because he for some reason didn’t nominate me even though I didn’t even do the last HOH. My convos with him right before the HOH must have had a factor in that. Who knows.
3- Do you feel like any alliances have formed? If so, with who? Do you have any set alliances right now? If no, who would you want to/consider working with? Why?
I have no idea. Probably a ton of them that I’m not in. I have a strong feeling I’ll be a target soon, because people would be stupid not to do so. I would consider working with that Erin chick maybe. Or Brittany.
4- You recently formed an alliance with TQ and Amir, how much do you trust them? How much do you think they trust you? Do you feel like you are at the top, bottom, or middle of the alliance?
I trust them 0. I’m 100 they both have other alliances, especially Amir. Just something to keep me safe for a few weeks hopefully. They shouldn’t trust me at all so I hope not a lot. They both told me that I was their #1 in the alliance, but that’s probably just game. I’ve lied to both, but at the same time told both too much about me, so I said what the hell why not.
So far my key has been pulled last for both noms. Idk if this is a coincidence or maybe I’m next?
My secret partner and I haven’t really spoken much but im making a plan to! just so busy ugh she seems like a nice girl and think she will be a good help throughout the game.
I do feel there could definitely be a newbie alliance and it does kinda scare me. I hope an alliance between scorned players turns up hmmm
1 - We see that you are in two alliances, The Holy Trinity and The Homewreckers. Do you worry that your game will have a ‘Britney Haynes’ effect at all being the only girl in two alliances? Why? BB history shows that many women in the same position as you have always been the first to go. What are your plans to insure that getting ‘Britney’ed’ doesn’t happen to you?
Since it’s pretty early in the game, I would say that I’m not too worried about being “Britney'ed” as of now. I think my ability to do decently well in competitions will aid me in the long run so I’ll never have the Britney Haynes effect on me. To insure that I’ll never be “Britney'ed” I think I’ll just keep going hard in competitions to make sure I can’t be put up.
2 - One night 1 of the game you expressed some worry in the housechat about being the youngest houseguest in the game and being left out of things. Do you still feel that way? What’s changed?
I don’t really feel the same as I did on night one. Everyone’s been really nice and I don’t feel excluded, thanks to the good friends and alliance members I’ve made here. I think I’ve been able to open up a bit more and I don’t think anyone really minds my age which makes me feel more comfortable than I was on the first night.
1- You seem to be a bit in the shadows of the game right now. Is that a strategy of yours?
Well at the beginning of this game, I wanna just feel everyone out in this game, so yeah it is definitely a strategy of mine, everyone here is nice though and relatively active so im getting a bit nervous. I definitely want to stay in the shadows for the next few weeks cause thats what i have to do, I’m not sticking my neck out at this point.
2- Who do you view as a threat right now? Why?
To me, no-one really, I think in the long run shelby is a huge threat but especially this week i think she needs to stay so laure can go. Laure probably isnt an immediate threat to me, she could nominate me but to be honest i don’t see her winning a competition. Other threats, possibly L'Shei, Roy and Ally. I feel like they are social but just not with me which is kinda nerve-wracking.
3- Who do you trust the most right now? Why? Who have you been talking to in the game the most lately? Impressions on them?
So at this point there are two 'alliances’ I am a part of.
The Heathers
Me
Lase
Shareef
This seems really legit at the moment and I do trust both these quite a lot, Shareef is playing way too hard for this point, he really wants to push to get out Shelby which I do not see helping us at all. If he doesn’t slow down I can definitely see him getting evicted early if we cant stay in power.
The second 'alliance’ which is less of an alliance and more of a we know we got your back is
Me
Lase
Shareef
Brittany
TQ
Amir.
I think Brittany named us the top 6, cause we were the top 6 in the second hoh. I definitely trust all of these to keep me safe for the short term but apart from Lase I find everyone just a bit sketchy.
Also even though its not an alliance I think I’m pretty close with Steph, especially with the partners thing.
I like to do a trust ranking to finish of my DR’s so this week my mind is here
1. Lase - Completely trust her, she seems very level headed and we agree on most things
2. TQ - We have more of a personal relationship but these are usually the ones for me that grow into the best alliances so I am really hopeful we can work hard together.
3. Steph - As my partner I think it’s obviusly in both our best interests to stay, I helped her survive last week and I plan on doing it again this week. Also as she really isn’t that active but we do talk relatively often I feel like she will trust me and work with me on this
4. Amir - I trust Amir a lot but people I work with (Lase, Shareef) are nervous about him. I wanna work closely with him but maybe more of just a duo kind of feel.
5. Shareef - Shareef would not be this high up if it wasn’t for Lase convincing me for an alliance with him, I trust him but at this point he seems way to eager to make the big moves and I don’t want to get taken down if he does become a sinking ship.
6. Chris - Inactive, but he seems to talk to me more than other people? I don’t really have any issue with keeping him around or him going.
7. Erin - Same with Chris really, bit more sketchy as I feel like she could be social with others.
8. Brittany - My allys all trust Brittany but our conversation has been kind of lacking, possible time difference effects but also we just don’t click. I don’t see her as a threat at all in the next few weeks but I do see her as a HUGE threat in possible end game cause I know her type and they usually get very very far.
9. Shelby - Once again its mainly personal talk but we actually have good conversations and I could possibly see something coming of it. I want to keep her around and possibly work with her in the long run however she definitely is a huge threat. So we will see if she can progress up this ladder.
10. Ally - We only talk personally, I really can’t say much apart from I would feel relatively safe if she won hoh.
11. L'Shei - Very minimal talk and completely non-game. So would be nervous.
12. Alyssa - Once again minimal talk, and less than others as I just don’t seem to click with teh girl. Could probably survive if she won hoh soon but not much longer.
13. Roy - No talk really, can’t see it going anywhere.
14. Laure - Once again, no talk, hope she goes this week.. sorry?
Sorry for my atrocious spelling and grammar but its 3am, and I’ll try to submit more often but I don’t cause I know once i start I can’t stop writing and I’ll waste an hour.
Tonight’s Veto Competition went exactly as I’d hoped it would. Both Steph and Shelby were knocked out of the competition first, but without me having to deliberately go against Shelby. I was able to set up the end of the competition to allow Lase to win, not adding a second comp win to my record this early in the game which could have made me look like a threat in this game. Hopefully, Shelby doesn’t suspect that I didn’t want her to win this veto. Not because I don’t want her to stay, but because I want nominations to stay the same. I don’t know who the MVP would renominate if she came off the block so for now the best thing for my game is for her to stay there and trust me that she’s not the one going home this week. Moving into the next few days, I have to ensure Lase doesn’t use the veto and that the house knows that Laure is the target. Whether they believe Laure is the target because I say she is, or whether they plan on voting to evict her just because they want to be with the majority of the house, if Laure leaves then I have had a successful HOH. I’m also looking to do some damage control and talk with everyone, just making sure that my bases are covered no matter who wins power next week since I can’t compete in the Head of Household.
I won the POV yassss. honestly such a fluke wow. tbh i didn’t need to win that pov for any reason at all and was hoping i’d have no shot at winning… but it ended up being a situation where i had to win. Winning just means some people might be expecting me to save them and be pissed if I don’t + I won a comp so some people might start seeing me as sort of a threat. Anyway I think I managed to dodge fury from Shelby cos she could understand me not wanting to risk being renommed by MVP + from Steph during the comp since I didn’t go after her ships at all.
Steph wants to talk to me about using the POV on her apparently, but she hasn’t said anything yet so… Anyway there’s no way I use it, if I use it on her I have Laure on my back and very possibly Shelby. If I use it on Laure everyone is coming for my ass no doubt that’s like the most stupid thing ever. If I use it on Shelby I would probs gain her trust but lose everyone else’s. There’s just no good scenario if I use it.
Rn the only thing I gotta do is convince Steph and Shelby that Laure is 100% the target and that they have my vote to stay for sure. I dont intend on lying to Laure and acting like I have her back on this one. If you’re not going to try neither am I. I will probably see if I can get her to push the fact that Shelby is a threat to others though.
Ultimately what it comes down to now is who will get evicted between Laure + Shelby. I really would love to see Shelby evicted because as Shareef discussed with me and Luke (The Heathers, new alliance I realise I didn’t update on this but yh) she’s the bigger threat and who knows for sure when we’ll get another chance at this. Of course this was my intention with nominating her.
Rn I don’t want to push to people about evicting her like Shareef seems intent on doing. I kind of want to seem on the fence as I’m trying to gauge people and find out their opinions on it. Rn it’s looking like people just want Laure out, but again things can change.
One thing that’s looking like a good idea rn is securing Alyssa by telling her about The Homewreckers. I think I should do it asap and if I can I could probs get her to vote Shelby out too with a bit of work. But more importantly I’d like to see what the Erin’s, Chris’, L'Shei’s and Roy’s are doing, but I dont see them sharing their thoughts so I’m just ughhh. I’m going to try to find out what L'Shei’s thinking, she’s the only one out of those four that I see sharing anything at all, maybe Roy but idk.
I’m going to be super careful about TQmir from now on and what I say to them, I just registered that they’re totally the kind of people to send receipts of things you say to them to others. They’re so sketchy I can’t believe. And Amir HAS to be trying to play the entire house. I’m defo not safe with him, the fact that I know he managed to talk to Shareef while pretending to not be online but didn’t reply to Luke or fakegratulate me on winning POV is a great indication.
Anyway so missions atm: Get Alyssa to trust me the most, Get ppl thinking of evicting Shelby without explicitly saying anything cos idk who she’s working with, convince Laure to campaign against Shelby hard, maybe go with Ally’s stupid theory about a newbie alliance and use it to gain favour with some of the scorned I don’t talk to (we’ll see on that one).
Again, sorry for the essay lmao.

Right, so a bit of change going on here. Shareef and Lase are now convinced that getting Shelby out is the best move and started convincing people, it’s a big move really early on and really they’ve badgered me, Amir and TQ into agreeing by going around and getting votes outside of the top 6. Honestly I thought this made them much bigger threats as they have these connections and a lot more shady so ive made the effort to try and make threesome strong with me, Amir and TQ. It’s not official but we all agree that the other members of the top 6 are acting shady and lase/shareef are way too close for comfort. I know I’m not playing safe with both these alliances but I definitely think its for the best. This week I’m tempted to throw Shelby a vote to see if it changes anything cause for me, her staying is only a good thing.
I’m also trying to build up a bit more of a relationship with some of the unused players in this game like Alyssa and Chris, it seems this top 6 alliance isnt going to be all i need to get to the end as obviously other member are making strong bonds outside of it…
Basically this week is a whole lot more messy than it need be and I think Lase and Shareef are making too many waves by going against TQ, their alliance member AND the HoH’s wishes just to benefit themselves.
Okay, so y'all probably think I’m a really bad houseguest, but now that my vacation is over, I can really start focusing on the game and shit. Since I was gone for like, a majority of the week, I can’t really comment on much. But I do know that two of my favorite people in the house won power this week, so that really pulled me on through. I’ll have to be sure to pay them back with safety. As for this weeks noms, for me Steph just HAS to go. I like Laure and Shelby and I’m not trying to lose them at all.
Q: 1- you mentioned that getting out Shelby would be bad bc it would leave your two orig noms on the block, can you talk more in depth about that? How you thought if she left you’d be the next biggest target? Why do you feel that way?
A: http://vocaroo.com/i/s0N1WSnCt5SM
Q- who/what group do you think is running the house right now, if anyone? Is it a specific person that is in the best position in multiple alliances without anyone else comparing notes? Is it an alliance that has majority? Is it you?
