and yet, here I am, sitting in the early morning light, holding the two newest additions to our family. Our daughters. Our babies.

Everything still hurts, but I have Albert to comfort me. And Katherine, who is looking upon her new sisters with such wonder in her eyes, and Lu, who is passed out by my side. Albert, too, is looking at our girls with indescribable joy and pride.

“Welcome to the Freakshow, little ones,” I whisper softly, watching the twins snuggle closer to my chest. Names were decided a long time ago.

Eris and Angel Wesker. Has a nice ring to it.

His heart swarmed with pride as he watched the two little girls. He gently pulls up Eris's blanket to cover her little arm.

"They look as gorgeous as their mother." He places a soft kiss against her temple. "I'll get the nursery cleaned up and we can get them settled in. Would you like me to set up the bassinets in the bedroom so they can sleep closer to us?"
