「✿」     It’d been a few months since Alex last landed on Earth, and they were more than pleased with being able to eat some quality food... well, that is, if a number of Chinese takeout boxes littering a table at the patio of a local strip mall while they were casually people watching and filling out some past case records to file once they got back to Headquarters. Glancing up after scribbling some more notations, their eyes met with someone’s across the way and they instinctively gave off a nervous smile before quickly looking back down at their paper. It probably wasn’t helping that they were still dressed in their Space Patrol uniform despite being off duty. They really should’ve thought that through.
