Biography: Although he has never had experience with the theater before, Fry has worked in opera before as a musical prodigy - a talent that has since been lost. He found the theater while accompanying Bender in search of a different sort of theater and was pulled in by the atmosphere of a small, friendly community, that would (hopefully) support his interest in acting no matter how bad he was at it.

While Fry was born with his foot in his mouth and two left feet, he’s genuinely interested in acting, even if he’s awful at it.

Biography: After helping out at the Opera house, Milo was always interested in finding a place to make people laugh, cry, and gasp in shock when the light fixtures nearly knock out the actors. Amanda always gushes about visiting a small, community theater, so it was only a matter of time before he came to help out!

He seems to know a lot about how the different mechanics work behind the stage, and just by being there, something is always bound to go awry. Being backstage, he has the best access to all the worst accidents should something break/malfunction (as it usually does).

Role:  Tech Crew + Backstage Manager Written By:  Kim (she / her)

Biography: Kimiko has always loved theater, she’s been a fan of it for a long time. While she isn’t a bad singer or actress by any means, she vastly prefers the backstage work and tech and helping the actors and actresses shine and sparkle on stage and look and sound brilliant. 

She loves technology and sound and lighting and she’s very familiar with it having worked with theater tech for a long time.

Role:  Leading Actor / Audience Member Written By:  Anomaly  (she / her)

Biography: Dani has no prior experience with acting, but enjoys watching plays and is interested in trying her hand at one. She has an excellent singing voice for being untrained, and so would potentially be suited for more of a lead role in a musical. 

Dani first heard of the community theatre while taking shelter there during a rainstorm. She happened to catch the tail end of a play, and was fascinated by the story told. It didn’t take long for her to overhear a conversation between two actors, regarding the next project. She decided to hang around and see if there was a way she could try it out, as well.

Biography: While not fully understanding how theater works but wanting to learn more about this human activity, taking a supporting role would be a good way for gay grandma to do that. 

Heard about the theater through Jamie and though she’s admittedly still confused about it as a whole, decided that it would give her something new to try while on Earth.

Role:  Junior Director (age 13) + Writer Written By:  Emi  (she / her)

Biography:   Preston has a huge love for the theatre, and as such he's actually delved into the world of directing! The first show he directed didn't go so well, so he's hoping this will help him gain more experience! He also dabbles in writing, so he's more than willing to lend his ideas towards a show!

Preston met Jamie at Camp Campbell, actually! He was a counselor there that helped out more with theatre-related things. He learned about Beach City Community Theatre through him, and decided to try his hand out there!
